Commvault to acquire Hedvig for Rs 1,621 crore

Hedvig, founded in 2012 by entrepreneur Avinash Lakshman, has raised up to Rs 375 crore ($52 million) till date, with its last Series-C round being covered by HP Enterprise in 2017.
