Google's self-driving unit Waymo raises $2.25B in its first external investment

Among the investors include auto parts supplier Magna International, U.S. dealership chain AutoNation, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, and investment firms Silver Lake, Andreessen Horowitz and Mubadala Investment.
